Anyone know why Tina Deluca’s skin looks like this?

i just started this on a fresh save i have america rising 2 and tales of the commonweath with the patches and all as well. Ive tried 2 or 3 different patches/fixes for this black/rusty face glitch and nothing worked. i dont know what else to do. i think its only her im cant tell if anyone else is like this i dont see a hard seam like you see on this one

oh well its good to know im not the only one having this problem so its not a small isolated issue. ive read a post from here a long time ago about Old Paul having the same problem. I also seen someone else post something about it I heard it has something to do with the official FO4 HD Texture Pack?? all i know is that the couple mods that are out for it do not work so idk what else to do.

Don't think AR or AR2 or TFTC use her in any way. Depravity might, if you're using it, though I didn't have that happen. The Hi-res textures DLC might be involved (though it's generally getting flack since you can get much better and more optimized textures elsewhere). Old Paul just had the old rusty face bug, it happens occasionally and goes away after reloading the game (happens to others too like PC or Heather)

P.S. after some googling, it's likely related to the FO4 update (ignore all the crazy people in the thread lol)

As far as my experience with this issue goes it affects all characters not only specific ones. I've seen the blackface all over the commonwealth. I could be wrong but I'm about 90% sure about that.
Personally I don't care tbh. It comes and goes and doesn't affect the game itself. So... yeah, I don't lose sleep over it.

yera but see it looks liek there are 2. the one you can just quick save and quick load and itll go away. but the one with this girl i think is perminant theres no way to fix it unless someone literaly goes into the NPC texture file itself and directly changes her face manually. It looks like another texture was copied over her face and made permanent.

I've been seeing this since the update, too. Saw it on Dr. Penske (also in Vault 81) as well.
