Advanced agricultural plots not unlocking.

So i am running the latest version just hit 5 level 3 basic agricultural plots but have not unlocked advanced plots am i missing something here?

Hm, yeah, it should be 5 like you said. How long did you give it for the background processes to catch up? I find it can sometimes take a solid couple of minutes before those unlock popups come up, and often they're right after a fast travel load screen too.
