Old Post Additional City plans not showing up

I have started to download other city plans to give them a spin and they aren't showing up. One post on the nexus mentioned issues running esl vs esp forms of the mod and potentially incompatibility with mods used in the plans.

I tried with both versions of the city plans and neither show up. As a side note I also noticed that the esl weren't checked by default in NMM plugin tab. I had to manually check them in (which never the less made no difference). I'm using 65.9 of NMM.

I'll start with the obvious. Sometimes it takes a while for SimSettlements to update all city plans, addon plans, and leaders on startup. Have you tried waiting 2-3 minutes real time after starting up? (basically just play the game for a while after a game load before attempting to build the city?)

Less obvious. You have the Megapack Year One installed? It was used in designers choice. Sometimes City Plans are set to only appear if you have all the addons (or other mods) used in them.

Latest version of it shouldnt have any mods required, and none of my plans require DLC except Vault 88 (obviously).

Another reason may be because another cityplan was active first, then you need to delete the city planners desk and built it anew.
 
Thanks for the fast replies. I activated the mod before I cleared out corvega, cleared it out, went to talk to the fine folks at ten pines to let them know the raiders wont be a problem anymore, activated the workshop and then built the city planners desk. Only plan I see is the RotC one.

I do have the megapack one installed as well.
 
Yes I installed three first, then disabled and tried two, then changed back to three
 
Version 2 had requirements, 1 of which was ISL in ESP version. This is less compatible with most played, so I removed that and made a platform for it to be placed upon. So version 3 is suppose to be without tricky requirements, but instead went "industrial" with plots from Industrial Revolution and few less settlers.

Some times the game only needs couple of minutes to catch up, and some times a fast travel away and back help it out. We already checked is it checked in your mods list, so it really shouldnt be more in its way at this point.
You could also just quit the game and restart it as that surely clear out stuff for better loading.
 
@VikingBaggins The tenpines plan finally showed up as an option and its building, so far so good. Unfortunately I have had no luck with your industrial sanctuary plan. I even tried starting a new game and it wont show as an option.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
Please try the Optional file for Sanctuary Industrial. It has the ESP version of ILS removed, but fast travel put you straight in front of available platform to put it.
