Old Post Add citizen dialogue to visitors

I know KG said he didn't want to add custom dialogue to the visitors so they don't stand out much, but now generic citizens have custom dialogue with Conqueror, and I think it was a missed opportunity to not extend these excellent dialogue additions to the visitor system as well.

An option to invite them to join the community as a citizen might be neat. I would want such a thing to be chance based though.
