Hi guys, I've figured that since I have a lot of story ideas in my head and the Commonwealth seems bland with just one main raider faction and other non-related factions, I wanted to try my hand at making my own raider faction. I've followed all of the provided tutorials about making a faction pack, however, when I go to test the ranking/leveling up system, my recruits are not able to. Specifically, "Actor is can not level up." I downloaded and tried a different faction pack and got the same thing along side the base Conqueror raider faction, so I'm wondering where I'm going wrong.
