In a effort to try and get more feedback (Positive or Negative) I am going to start posting settlement builds that I work on on these forums on a more regular basis. I think I finally reached a point with this Abernathy Farm build that I can work on the deconstruction process soon and convert it into a city plan. This one contains no custom arranged shops or anything and is simply plots and markers. It's close to my Somersville Place build in concept so feel free to praise it or destroy it at a molecular level, although I hope you get enjoyment out of it rather then the prior.
I need to do more play testing on it but I added about 2 stories worth of pathable walkways up the electrical tower and sectioned off the settlement into 2 sections. Lower half is mostly residential with a molerat farm plot that has radstags and brahmin. Couldn't Really find a way to make Clarabelle move anywhere else so for now I resigned to making a open enclosure for her at the main gate where she normally is anyways. The view at the the top of the tower is pretty nice and the towers visibility is especially apparent during night time.
