Heard of brahmin... no that's herd of Brahmin!
Abernathy Farm has expanded into livestock, and walls to protect themselves from those pesky raiders.

>Now Live, yes the Brahmin are live, as well as being able to download from Nexus!<

Head on over to take a look at a heap more pics and if you like download and give a Brahmin a hug today!

* * * End of new info * * *

So this month, since I started a new playthough (then ground to a halt to begin this city plan), I needed an Abernathy that would provide food to caravan off to future new settlements - yeah those ones always short of food when they start up.
So this will truly be an agricultural settlement (will need industrial support from the caravan network)

I have sort of finished the final level of the plan, Just need to add in a few bits of 'dressing' and then it will be on to tear bits down to create the lower levels.

By level 3 the herd could reach 9 Brahmin: there is the basic Brahmin Farm, Where the Brahmiluff Roam, Milking Pen (Brahmin), plus the Abernathy's Clarabell and (as I have included their house) the Powells Brahmin.

The main building gets another floor, and more buildings around the sides

And using an SS2 ladder to get you inside the collision box of the upper pylon has allowed a gantry/stairs walkway for the player to go to the top to their own private retreat (its only 4x1 minus the entrance - player tiny home)

@GavMan. Wicked cool! I especially like how you used windmills all up the power transmission tower. So, FO4!
BTW, where did you get those windmills?
A few days ago I discovered that you can 'R" two panels of the main exterior walls (by the workbench). I then built out and enclosed the porch, making it part of the interior main building.

I've got some names for the ranch.
I suppose the most obvious is:
Cowabunga
Or maybe
Cowtastic
How 'bout
Nads-r-us, dem ain't lamb fries!
This last one is in remembrance of Clara Peller. She is no longer with us. But she made one of the most iconic television commercials of all time.

Maybe I could name it the Milk of Brahmin Kindness....

Anyways, I am happy with level 3 now, and am making progress on level 2.

Here are some pictures of level 3 (note that the paintings are non vanilla as I had left some loose files in my data folder)
Inside the concrete bunker for power (I don't have any power plots - as it comes from the wind turbines on the tower)

Water & sanitation (like power - no water plots, I just have tanks that add the settlements supplies)

Out the back, range crafteria and some residential

Training plots, Butted up to each other (yeah, if you leave random plot selection on, there will be some funky results - Designer Choice people, your friend)

The tower....

The player's retreat

Thanks @ElanaLoaded
The turning windmills are in the Wasteland Reconstruction kit:
WRK > Power > Generators > Windmills > Sails

I was holding off on returning the locket to Jacob so I could use this city plan when the farm became a settlement. So far it looks fantastic; great job, GavMan!
