A work in progress for Xbox/PC - Multiple Cityplans/Layouts

What I am currently working on is a pack of city plans and layouts using only vanilla budgets and sim settlements 2 base plots that the dream is to publish all at once and on both Xbox and Nexus. The following settlements are in the pipe line and the general theme is minimalistic western/ranch themes with rusty wasteland metal, all made with the vanilla base budget for settlements. Population is roughly 10 per location with the settlements being split by layouts and cityplans. The idea is to use this web of selected settlements for caravan municipal plots to use fast travel between settlements for Survival difficulty. I will try to cover most settlements but will leave places out like Sanctuary, Vault 88, Jamaica Plain, Murkwater Construction Site, Coastal Cottage, Nordhagen Beach, Covenant, Tenpines Bluff, Outpost Zimonja, Somersville Place, Hangman's Alley and Spectacle Island. I won't rule out adding additional settlements to cover in later updates to the pack but I need to be efficient with time spent on it if possible so I am trying out these 8 settlements to start with.

Small update to the current project, I now have Nordhagen Beach & Abernathy Farm close enough to completion to show their progress. Considering taking these 5 mostly completed settlements and making that the initial pack & release following with a later update to add Finch Farm & Starlight Drive in. Going to take these 5 current settlements and polish/playtest them (On PC) to see if they are all ready for a publishing on the Nexus. Thank you all for the feedback

Finally got a batch of 3 settlements to use with the Workshop Framework Layouts feature. Have Abernathy Farm, Greentop Nursery & Nordhagen Beach packaged together and released on Nexus. Once I have a few more to add to it I will try uploading it for xbox users. Production of settlements for me is going to be slowed down as I got a newborn on my hands but hope to release more steady updates in the coming months for you to all enjoy

Finally have an update to provide! Now have 2 layouts added for Sunshine Tidings Coop and Murkwater Construction Site. Sunshine houses 16 settlers and is more of a settlement then the other layouts and Murkwater is a small railroad combat themed outpost to play with the Settlement Ambush Kit from the Creation Club. A few screenshots of the newly added settlements.

After a lengthy 5 month hiatus I am back! Just had a newborn enter my life and am just now starting to be able to pick up the hammer and chisel again. Expect an update in the near future for this pack starting with Oberland Station.
