well playing whit the "some assembly required" mod and PA frames are realy scars.. so it coudt be nice if i coudt make my own so i can make a showrome of armors

Dunno if that mod removes this, but the PA Service Center sells frame(s).

It is one of the commercial plots SS. Sells PA related stuff and possibly repairs PA for money(not tested that, but the vibe of the place and dialog suggests it).

Yea, the PA service center will repair your power armor for a relatively low cost -- good on the fly if you don't have a power armor station handy, or don't feel like getting out of the PA to repair it.

Talk to the vendor, if memory serves -- he/she has a dialog option to repair your armor.
