Primary Bug Report A New Moon and an Old Serenade - Cannot complete quest or turn in beacon to Amara Blackmoon

got a quest form her to hunt radstag, did it droped the beacon can;t turn in quest she reacts and accepts i completed the quest but then nothing happens

Can conform. Quest doesn't advance after you talk to her. You can continue to talk to her over and over again with the same results.

After i put the tracker on the stag and return to her she just says thanks and walks off, no quest completion and i can’t send her to a settlement.

She showed up in Vault 88. So the radstag herd spawned inside Vault 88. So when I killed them and dropped the beacon, I got a warning message saying that no one would ever be willing to come look for a beacon dropped inside a settlement.

But if the quest is also broken no matter where you take it, I guess I should reload an older save and refuse to take the quest.
