Question A couple questions about differences from SS2

So, I have played SS2 a few times now and was hoping to do a SS1 run for fun. I wanted to know if there are plots in SS1 where you can assign multiple settlers, like farms or industry plots.
Also, are there any 1x1 plots other than martial ones?

Each plot takes one settler.
