Annex the Commonwealth
Didn't see a post about it, and none in the search. A new mod called Annex the Commonwealth uses the Vault-tec technique of annexing more land around the settlements. I just annexed the Vault 111 hillside, and now have a sim plot building up there. The mod author(s) say it has SS integration...- Ain't Much
