It's a bug I've started getting recently myself too. I've now got so many SS construction quest markers, that they actually override whatever actual quest I'm on now. I'm running heavily modded myself, but I can throw in my load order, if that'd be any help?- Minty

Bug [Foundations] [PC] 1.0.2 Cannot store puzzle pieces
As the title says. All the foundation pieces were storable in v1.0.0, but since updating to 1.0.2, I can only scrap the pieces. Both new pieces I've placed since the update, and old pieces that were already placed prior to the update. Using Sim Settlements 2.0.3, and Settlement Menu Manager...- Minty
