    A check on Location & running quests (Old Guns) Could be setup to block that kind of thing, but it's something that would probably come later during a 'polishing phase'.

    Yes, found in the files section of Workshop Framework. Unless you need FallUI for something else, I would use HUDFramework instead. It enables you to see more things about your settlements.

    That marker is just 'Bits in the wind', not smoke/mist/fog. There are some leaves flying past, but mostly you won't notice anything.
