Question Civilians die in vassal raids
Whenever I do a vassal raid (as MilMin liberators in this particular playthrough), civilians and settlers are always hostile and are immediately killed rather than downed, and leaves the assault unfinished- which I have seen mentioned as an issue but I've been unable to find threads centered...- CthulhuClaus
