    Hello all, a little guidance please.

    So decided to come back to Fallout 4 and mod it to bits. I recall looking at Sim Settlements some time ago and liked it. However, it has now grown a lot. What would people recommend i add to my mod list from the Sim Settlements selection for a brand new play through? Many thanks.
