    Yes... I did a Local Refresh... still no go :(. The same thing happened to me in a previous game; I built... tore down... then couldn't rebuild. I thought I was careful not to do that again; but I thought I re-loaded... I guess not. :(

    To be honest, don't know enough about either Mod to be sure; however, Immersive Settler (IS) mod doesn't work without F4SE, but in the IS description it states this ability. Anything past that would be an Uneducated guess for me.

    Sounds great... but I'm not sure where to find the Mod List Sticky. I found one link called 'Add-On Links' (I believe) and found 3 add-ons and Nexus links to them; is this what you were speaking of; or are there more??? Sorry... but maneuvering forums is not what they use to me :confused...

    Thank You for this mod... Love it!!! Can't live without it... won't play without it. BUT... And you knew there had to be a But!!! Is there any way to 'not' have the Comms Operator working 24/7. I feel so bad (not really) when I come into a settlement at 8 or 9pm and everyone's at the club...
