Yep, I’m in the same spot. I’m not sure if HQ can have an agreement with a settlement w/o a caravan plot though. If you try it, please let us know how it goes.
Hello. The Wiki says about food and water:
Does "surplus" refer to daily food/water generation, or does there need to be food and water in the workbench?
I'm trying to get disease cures and vaccines developed for my poor settlers, but the projects all require food or water and say that I...
Oh, deficits.
Are you using city plans? Most of the ones I've tried rely on items with maintenance costs. Unless you keep dumping caps into the supply safe thing in the desk, or turn off maintenance costs, they get out of control pretty fast.
Thanks for the reply. I've had it happen with at least a couple of different play throughs, but they used very similar mods. The obvious cause is extreme script lag. That's why it's so strange that it happened in SH, right after the return from the Museum of Freedom.
It's not happening now...
I've gotten used to this. In my current game it started way back in Sanctuary. I am even considering re-writing some sections of the scripts as an FO4SE extension to help fix it. (I know, big talk.)
But it only just occurred to me to ask "is this normal?" When I build a plot, the sensor...
Are you building the bunkhouse helper plot, by any chance? I noticed it has the stairs on the other side. After you get all the interior plots placed, you are supposed to change the main plot from bunkhouse helper to bunkhouse main.
I just started playing again and have the same issue. I haven't tried the "R" key, and will try it next time I play. (Didn't remember it.)
I have the same issue with at least one other interaction-adding mod, What's Your Name. I'm working around that by using a hot key set up in MCM, so...
Hello. I'm playing FO4/SS/Conq again after break of almost a year, and I've noticed a change that is interfering with the way I often build plots.
I usually put a new plot somewhere the base game will allow it, move it to where I actually want it using Place Everywhere's fine adjustment...
It's a shame (for us) because some of his plots are among the best out there. Tall sniper tower, fish farm, and gatehouse show up in all of my play throughs.
Using the Minutemen faction pack, I lost control of Oberland, presumably because the control value was too low. I initiated a new raid to make it a vassal again.
When I attacked, it was defended by Gunners. (Note: I do not have the Gunners faction pack loaded.) None of the settlers were...
Allow faction pack authors to customize verbiage for their factions, but also provide a sensible defaults for factions configured as liberators. E.g. liberators don't "attack" a settlement to create a "vassal", they "rescue" or "liberate" a settlement to create a "partner" or maybe "province"...
After an "establish vassal" attack my MM faction somehow ended up with 10 captives at the Beach, which was pre-built. This hurts the General's feelings, since he thinks of himself as a Liberator, but it also makes keeping order more difficult. Is there any way to convert them back to...
I got the starting 5, liberated a settlement, and assigned some of the warriors to be guards. Now I need more so I have enough to attack again. The radio dialogue has said 5 potential recruits for several game days. What am I missing?
