suburban disturbance isn't active anymore. at least it's not anywhere in the quest log other than the completed part. but yeah as i've said, main issue is that neither of them gave xp, no pop up saying it was finished, etc.
settlers, named or otherwise seem to be slightly broken while trying to navigate to their personal residential plot. they all just stand behind their house and never go to bed. all except old paul, he seems to have zero issues with his path finding. not running any mods that should effect them...
quest progresses fine, but there's no updates appearing showing quest progress, quest is active and works. got all the way to the end, but then there was no mission complete music, no exp award, nothing quest just finished with zero heads up other than jake telling me to come back later. noticed...
yeah, except id lose about 4 hours of gameplay progress. at this point i'm ready to say screw it and play some different mods. was excited for this but it's more broken that the first one was when it released.
need to know what quest stage i need to set, jake stopped talking at the point when he was mentioned he arrived at his ex wife's house. like something was supposed to happen, but didn't. can't progress, it's been stuck there now for 3 versions of the mod.
quest progresses fine up till jake starts talking about his daughter. he gets the the part about running to his ex's place and then cuts off. nothing happens, he just stands there. can't talk to him. i've heard old paul is supposed to show up, but he's still sitting in sanctuary.
you'll be told when you can build them, it'll pop up like a legendary item. to be clear all the items[ss 2 items] are now crafted through the city planner desk, not the chem station like in ss1. so once you unlock the ability you'll craft them there.
yes, each plot type has a different colored icon for it. so residential is a red house, industrial is yellow, ag is green and so on. as far as the three at the bottom, idk, never seen them yet.
so going to the harbor master location does advance the quest. however the fact the quest never marks the location on your map, nore does it update the marker means most people aren't going to figure it out, thus i'd call it a bug.
my point is that it doesn't show up on the map, the quest just keeps saying to talk to him. so he doesn't mark it on the map and the quest doesn't update.
