    Ah, ok. I do have sandman, but I never go in in stealth mode. So the "1 damage" is why they almost always grunt or groan when I measure them.

    When I end up at a settlement at night, most are drinking but a few are sleeping. When I scan a sleeper it kills them? The first time I thought it was a glitch, I scanned a second and killed them, too. Then the whole settlement turned hostile and I had to disappear for a few days.

    That would have been a hell of a script lag, I've been in Nuka World for over 4 hours since I left HQ. One more piece of data, the pop-up disappears if I open a workbench anywhere, as long as I don't do that, the pop-up remains no matter where I go. Although I do have problems cleaning rooms...

    Resaver shows one unattached instance; no option to display 'suspended frames'. I installed SKK's tool, I can't find an explicit log file for it, the display is mostly 'no script lag detected'. I did check the papyrus log and found a LOT of simsettlementsv2 errors & workshop framework errors...

    Went to complete Nuka World, opened my save there, had the "Rebuilding Layout 0%" my entire 4-odd hour run through there. Never incremented, never changed. Never went to a settlement the entire time. So no idea of what the requirements are for that to show.

    I left it for 60 min (went and read a book), still at 0%, and also can't do any more cleanup, it gives that weird "No options were sent to be selected from" error.

    Reloaded an earlier save, I think that things are VERY sensitive to timing and completing ss2 side quests in order. No trying to get ahead of yourself. But I made sure I opened my room (shades of Home Plate) and completed all the other HQ tasks, then I could clean and build the power room...

    I tried this one before I did the Slog quest so nothing in the way, and stood to the west of Phil. This time it worked, finished the quest. Now i guess I'll go kill some greenskins and claim another settlement.

    That room doesn't show up as a choice to clean. I cleaned every other room in the basement (I think), marker is there for the side-quest in front of the elevator. There's no wall plaque in there in case I cleaned it and didn't notice.
