Hey everyone, still having issues with the caravan worker unassigning… I wonder if this prevents discoveries as well, I am not a programmer but if no caravaneer then no roll for discovery based on special, perhaps causing the discovery chance to become nil.
If it helps further, the only mods I have are workshop framework, hud framework, ss2 and chapters 2 & 3, ss2 settlers patch, place anywhere, longer power lines and the creation kit x02 mod.

The city manager cheat to unlock all building plans does not unlock most of the conversion and production plots, the only one it makes available is the brewery.
I have also selected the cheats to unlock all plots, story items, and building classes as well, with no change.

Playing on Xbox one x, the power relay stations are not transmitting power between my settlements. Starlight drive in has about 800 power and is only connected to abernathy, sunshine, and sanctuary. None of the settlements despite having power relay stations in each one are receiving any power

Look up personal teleportation device by safety maiden. There are settings to drain fusion core on fast travel, summon power armor or even storage trunks. I have it on every play through, but usual hold off on using it until I get the defective institute beacon for lore purposes.
