    This level of hostility is unneccesary. Sim Settlements 2 uses the plot system. Integrating these capabilities into the plot system (recreation -> gambling) fits seemlessly into the theme of SS2. Third parties could attempt it of course, but there is no guarantee of full compatibility, so it...

    A good voice imitator would be the cleaner option. It might be a good idea to come up with a suite of generic lines so that they can be plugged in anywhere when it happens.

    Suggestion Local Leaders

    I don't like that mod because the local farm leaders, that is, the Abernathys and so on, lack major abilities. I asked the mod author why, and he replied that it is because those NPCs are not important characters.

    I think it should be obvious, but raiders should never be automatically assigned as workers in a settlement. The system should at least try to have 5 warriors in the main base, then the rest guards or patrols. Right?

    Suggestion Unique settler traits

    Some settlers are 4th tier vendors, how about a framework unique, named settlers with traits? This will work much the same way as mayor's traits, but the settlement will get the benefit of a single trait simply by having the settler live there.
