If using a mod like "REAL.AI" or similar where it increases distance for detection/combat very significantly, likely they are in combat with far off NPCs

This is how it looks for me: Yeah the file size limitations are a major issue. Hopefully Bethesda might someday raise the limits for Xbox on a game update or a rerelease, allowing more than 2GB & individual files beyond 1GB.

Does this still happen on the hotfix?
