I don't run Scrap Everything. From my understanding, the mod 'Sanctuary - Reworked Roads' I was using broke the precombines of the settlement without my knowledge, and when paired with WRK, it allowed a lot of things to be scrap-able. I assume since Scrap Everything also breaks all these...
It's definitely not, but it's really serious, it can honestly really mess up saves. I had to load a old save before the mod bc if you nudge/move/touch any of these things, they have no collision anymore, not to mention you can now accidently scrap them, which wont be good for sharing...
EDIT (Please read): SOLVED, WRK has a mod conflict with "Sanctuary - Reworked Roads" by commodore777, the mod that fixes the roads in Sanctuary. Having both installed allows you to scrap unintended items.
Original Post:
After installing WRK, I noticed the Carports in Sanctuary are now scrapable...
Updated Project Blueprint for SS2, this time please include every single junk item rather than a limited pool, and have a static version of every item. I lived off of this mod, and would love to see a SS2 version <3
Sorry, I'm just getting around to trying all of the things you've told me to do, and I tried searching online the workshop ids. Now, I'm sure i'm not trying to use the base workshop id, and I can't find Sanctuary's id specifically.

Question one: Do items I made into static ones, stay static in the...
I found out that settlements are built in the background, so the game encourages you to do other stuff while it builds, but what I hope to see is notifications that they're finished so I know I can go to them.
I'm on a low end, and I was so confused going to the settlement I selected to be...
I'm having the same issue, no matter what settlements I select and such, no settlement get's built. I've made 3 saves testing it out, not a single save was a settlement pre-built. I'm not sure what's preventing it or anything. Am I supposed to talk to the raider lad in Concord and they then...
Welp, the 2nd time around, it actually had the correct city plan options... but it still had 'October 2018 Contest Winner' and 'RotC: Bunker Hill' as options? So I put them on the left. Before I can actually get to either of the settlements I had to be pre-built. I guess I ran into a different...
