    In a nutshell, when I finish it. It hasn't been abandoned, it's just taking me a lot longer (a lot of real world distractions). If it's any consolation, the next story patch will be larger than a normal content patch.

    Red Rocket defaults to the most functional first HQ settlement. I 'd definitely avoid Abernathy as an outpost, or some of the other farming-leaning ones like Finch, Greentop, Graygarden, et cetera...
