Thanks also turns out the problem was mostly on my end i tested this mod in 3 places Santuary hills,lexinton,and corvega assembly plant in santuary it was normal lexinton still acceptable (20-23) in corvega it was 10-15fps even without framework so something is messed up there

Hi. I downloaded workshop framework and noticed huge fps drop from 40-30 (before download) 1-20fps (after download) i removed the mod and the my fps returned to normal. But i want this mod because sim settlement and the bug fixes it gave.(sorry for poor english) accidently i wrote the firts one...

@kinggath Okay now the plot problem solved,but unfortunatly i started experiencing a wierd thing in all of my settlements the scrap donation indicator or what (i dont know its name)shows 100% but i can still donate scrap an they accept it, even in newly build settlement (red rocket) shows 100%...

I have the Same problem that rivan has i travel to a settlement plots dont have clutter,furniture nothing.This bug appeared with the new update i think its related to performance wizard. I set it to low in some plots have nothing while in others are full of items nothing changed if i set to ultra.
