    No, while some aspects of Nuka-World are used to manage Jammer's and the player's raider gang, Conqueror isn't much like the way Nuka-World DLC handles raider gangs.

    I think Sim Settlements affects vanilla settlement attack spawn points and frequency. Plus, "More Attackers - Get Off My Buildzone" likely uses scripts to trigger events as does SS so you might have issues.

    Only time will tell. I've had both Abernathy and Sanctuary complex plans at level 3 in past play-throughs. Framerate in the toilet, but not crashing.

    Sometimes the quest triggers seem to get buried by scripts that are running while you're in a settlement. Waiting or sleeping in the settlement sometimes works. You can also leave the settlement for a while or you may need to raid another settlement as @Raider106 points out.
