I was having trouble with the City Plan Contest Mod. Once that is installed I have infinite loading screens. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/34303 I am using Sim Settlements 3 in 1 version 3.5.2/3.5.2 which I think is just 3.5.2 but I suck at brevity.

I was getting caught on infinite loading screen at start of new games. Very frustrating, I installed Fallout 4 again just so I could participate in the City Contests. Little did I know that was where the hiccup was. Several days later I have deleted all my mods and reinstalled them one by one...

I'm wondering how nice it plays with Sim Settlements. Alternatively, does anyone know a solution for NMM not opening? Should I just reinstall NMM? And if I do that what does that do for the mods I already got installed?

Is there a way to see how much room these city plans take? And how much room I have to put my own stuff? Has anyone started taking pictures?

Build from an old save of Spectacle Island, the room to play is so much better. Definitely looking forward to more sea themed houses, going to take another crack at making a pack myself themed around this place. Posting stuff from my new save soon.

I love the look of your city. What location is that? And are all those plots ones you made?

You could pay tailors and armorers to equip your settlers a certain way. Maybe work uniforms that people take off when their work day is over?
