Honestly, I'm surprised no one's made a mod that creates a 'weapon' using nuclear material that gives the protagonist rads.

One concern, ASAMs can be damaged during attacks. I can't recall if there's a way to toggle that off in the menus, but if not you would want to make sure that your 'invisible' ASAMs can't be damaged.
