Tonight on my stream (www.twitch.tv/captain_coots) I've been given permission by King Gath to work on an OFFICIAL building for an upcoming Sim Settlements Expansion. I start just a little after 10 PM EST usually! Be there or be square!

Another thing YOU could do is also look for redundancy in some mods and merge them to cut down on a little space. I'd personally grab ALL the Sim Settlements add-on packs, but that's my bias.

I do not know about L4 support and yes they do want to sell their own equipment.
