    thats unfortunate, for me it does not rain inside anymore but the amount of smoke in the HQ is insane instead. It is as if the mist weather is playing inside the cell or someone failed to inform me of the leafparty.

    Make sure you do not have the vitomatic or the clipboard equipped when trying to treat them. Curing settlers by trading them a cure is since CH1 and back then the alternate action method gave them a cure from your inventory.

    the hud works perfectly fine and i can turn it on and off at will, i just cannot turn it on after i have been into workshop mode. That is what breaks the hud until i restart the game.
