Between NAC-X and a Minuteman's purple mining helmet headlamp, I got a Maxfield Parrish/Hildebrant Brothers vibe here.

Not going to add much more except for a few more residential plots that are needed.
This version of County Crossing follows the same principle of the vanilla one by being a farming oriented settlement. Farmplots in the middle, flanked by residential plots and martial plots. It also features a recreational plot and two commercial indoor plots (downstairs in the larger building).

OMG!! We've been invaded (again)!! It's Lizzzie and her boys (and girls)!
They're everywhere! Somebody do something!!

I've found a mod called Fallout London which gives you a trader that sells
armoured foot guard (Coldstream guards by the look of it) uniforms and hats.

Would love to see (British) Foot Guards as a faction in Conqueror.

I'd say you're right, their buttons are in twos and the badge looks right. The five foot guard regiments all have the buttons of their dress uniforms in groups as per their precedence. The Coldstream Guards finding themselves in second place to the Grenadiers adopted the motto 'Second to None'. Gotta love the British army's ingrained cap badge rivalry.
