Hello!
I just beggined to play this great mod Sim Settlements and have this following issue:
I set up mod with Dynamic Costs and Defence and Power - money Costs.
I put command table and from city plans begin restructuing the Sanctuary and it was done well I think. Then I put another command table and looked in section called something like - Supplies - maintainance of fuel and ammunition costs is = -0, I thout it is normal value. Then I constructed 1 simple first turret (pipe) and put it near command table, and looked in section Supplies - fuel and ammunition costs has changed to -3, than I scrapped the turret and that moment looked in Supplies - fuel and ammunition costs remained -3 (not changed). And then I tested if it take from me money - and put 8 more turrets and looked that fuel and ammunition costs have increased by necessary value (and I saw that Caps profit was lower by 12 caps than costs) and then scrapped the turrets and looked and the value have not changed and I added to Supply 500 caps as surplus to see if game will take some money, than I go to sleep for 48 hours (not 24) and looked in supply section and the game took some money from 500, remained lower caps.
How can I quikly fix this?
I read an anterior post where is told as a solution to Locally rebuild the plots from Holotape menu, but is there some other faster way to make maintainance costs work?

I attached 4 photos.

The usual solution isn't to rebuild local plots, but to rebuild local data. This is an option in the configuration menu of the city planner holotape, under settlement options. It usually works almost instantly, although it doesn't let you know, and it can be a good idea to save just before you run the command just in case it does anything odd.

Thanks for reply.
I tried to reload zones but it not helped, maintainance costs remained bugged.
I tried to rebuild city but it not helped, maintainance costs remained bugged.

HELPED to REBUILD LOCAL DATA !!!! from terminal and holotape.
