Question BUG - Personal Guard stuck in Dakka's Version of Olivia, Invisible

My one personal guard vanished (invisible or whatever) when I entered Dakka's version of Olivia the first quest. Still alive (made them not mortal using the holotape earlier). Tracking says my live guard is definitely in Olivia, has the quest marker visible and also on the map. That marker did not appear until I turned on PG tracking, meaning the Recently Dead Tracker hadn't registered the death, so alive? Exited and entered for the entire quest, but that personal guard is still stuck. I fast traveled twice to different locations, still stuck.

I tried the Gavel to summon, but apparently that isn't in the list as yet. Is there a way to summon personal guards?

Also, I missed the full notice when I fast traveled the first time but did see a notice top left upon arriving that said something about my personal guard.

Found how to hotkey that. PG marker was moved to my position at Abernathy from where it seemed stuck inside Olivia - sadly invisible, just the marker at ground level. Didn't move with me as I walked away. Reloaded an (really) old save back to where I still had my personal guard, walked over to Olivia and she vanished/became invisible/whatever the second I walked through into Dakka's version of Olivia.

Seems a direct connection to whatever happens to get Dakka inside Olivia that doesn't like the new PG mechanic.

If they go invisible - it happened to me because I used SLM on one.
console
~recycleactor
fixed it.

I guess I can go back to a save and click on them to find their ID, otherwise how do I click on a marker? There's no action menu. No collision. I say "invisible" because I don't have any method to interact with them in the world itself. lol Guess they'd rather not be noticed. Raiders.

I did notice that when I chose the raider as a PG they thanked me. Nice.

I turned on tracking so the green icon was above there head and used this mod to see them:

None of that worked to get the PG to appear again. That PG is just a marker sitting at ground level. Not below the ground either. Recycle did nothing. Going to consider it a Bug and report it as such here. Happens when entering Dakka's version of Olivia.

There is no "Dakka's version of Olivia" all it is a "script to replace all of the vanilla NPCs with Dakka's crew" That is it.

Ken, you probably have a mod conflict or a glitch you need to resolve.

You maybe can roll back and try to replay.

If the "instant rally" does not work "as I showed you above" then you probably have other issues with your save file or load order.

Fallout 4 + DLCs
Sim Settlements 3-in-1
Conqueror
Sim Settlements City Plan Seasons 1 and 2
Mega Packs 1, 2 and 3
Workshop Framework
Workshop Plus
MCM
Settlement Menu Manager
HUD Framework

mod conflict? Which is these sim settlements mods is conflicting do you think?

Rally works just fine, but the PG is just a marker at ground level just as they are when they first enter Olivia.

Clearly need to reload a prior save but that also prevents me from completing Dakka's first quest, which probably means no more Bounty Board items until kinggath can see how this might be a conflict or a bug, I guess. Is it the case that the bounty board on the war desk won't fire off any new ones until the current one is completed?

Oh, btw I entered Olivia with my PG before I got the Dakka quest, clearing it out while I waited for city plots to start building. PG was just fine then. Dakka's first quest = PG reduced to a ground-based marker.

Update: went in and tested two separate times where I entered Olivia with my PG before getting the first Dakka quest. PG appeared inside as expected. Reloaded with Dakka's quest active, PG reduced to a ground marker.

You said it wasn't a "version" but just some scripts. I imagine that the script that creates the Dakka version - as I call it - does that by removing the vanilla NPCs? Guess that particular PG or PG's in general are also removed in some way.

The reason I call it "Dakka's version" is that each time I've replayed Conqueror I get the quest, enter Olivia and I hear some gun shots. The vanilla Ack-Ack is found dead near Dakka and a brand new Ack-Ack is walking around. Doesn't matter, but in my head I think "version". Call it whatever.

Either way, none of those prior playthroughs used the same set of mods or even were on this new PC. This is a brand new game of a freshly installed F4 and those few SS/Workshop mods. Script is doing something weird to the PG. Guess the script doesn't understand or maybe they're a vanilla NPC the script wants to clear out?

PRID on the Personal Guard and then recycleactor, but recycle was after the script ran at Olivia 'deleting" my PG. lol

It has to do with that Olivia script, if I am a betting man. And I am.

as @RayBo suggested, that sounds like a mod conflict. it's impossible to say any more about it, because we can't see the state of your game/game folders/load order.
if it were me, i'd search out all the posts on these forums about starting a new game from scratch and go again.

I listed my mods. Which of those Sim Settlement mods do you feel might be in conflict?

This is a new game on a new PC. The issue is only the script running to manage Olivia so Dakka exists. That script is affecting the Personal Guards. Clear line of attack. Regardless, I'll just send the king a message so this bug report can move forward.

i don't know because i don't have your game. no-one can tell you what mod is conflicting based on your messages in the forum. it may be a loose file - it could be because of the console commands - the game just may have gone west - it happens. there are many possible reasons. not enough to go on, sadly, so you're best off starting over if you can't move on.

I have the same exact bug also. I had two PG before entering Olivia the first time and both were reduced to ground markers. Unluckily they still count towards the maximum number of PG (and luckily this also applies to raids). Mods are also only SimSettlements. Instant rally also works, but not on those two removed PG.

same i gat a 4 men team that dispeared wean going in olivia including my only veteran i cant fire the team neither so i cant hire a new team

I wonder if this has to do with the way Dakka's questline works. It's actually the vanilla version of the cell, but when you enter, it looks for raiders and swaps them with Dakka's Crew members. Could be the personal guards are being picked up by that.

If that's the case, then this should only occur after you get the Dakka quests. If you were to take Personal Guards into Satellite Station Olivia, and this doesn't occur - then that would be enough confirmation to have somewhere distinct to attack this issue.
