i really dont get it what i get wrong,
i place the war planner table on sanctuary hill after rescue preaston's group and kill jammer (yes i hate raider, shoot on sight)
follow forum, i disable the faction decor to avoid clutter, claim sanctuary hill for minutemen, flag pole is US flag instead of minutemen flag (odd but i ignore), wait 5 or 6 volunteer while i do main quest (the first step), run back, start assault (select "establish outpost" on red rocket station).
now here the kicker, i went to red rocket, start snipe the raider patrol, odd is the settler moving around instead been bind as suggested in mod stated.
after clear the site, while i mind my business and accidentally "bump or light touch" on one of volunteer, they start hostile.
update: i swap place sanctuary hill with red rocket and try new outpost on sanctuary hill but ...then preaston's group not bound and turn to hostile, with or without companion or accidentally misfire
am i done something wrong along the way?
there one thing i dont understand what different between "establishing outpost" and "establishing outpost and take captive" ???
