Question Kill Sully quest not working

The quest to kill Sully Mathis seems to be broken. After killing and returning to Dakka she asks why I have returned without killing Mathis. Has anyone experienced this problem or no a solution?

Did you kill the additional raiders that spawn after you kill him? It can take a few seconds, if you fast travelled away super fast after killing him maybe you didn't see them? Possibly the stage doesn't count as complete until you kill all of them?

No other enemies show up. Is it necessary to do the water removal quest prior to starting the kill sully quest? Sorry no longer prompts for the water removal quest, I can't speak to him at all.

Yes, 2-3 raiders should have spawned when you killed Sully. You can't speak to who at all?
