Question Really annoying (and slightly game-breaking bug)

Hi, I don't usually post in forums with bug questions on games but I'm getting pretty desperate. I've been (trying to) play the Minutemen faction pack for conqueror (the most popular one with far west minutemen compatibility). I've been trying to play through it with NCR-style minutemen but whenever I try to run an assault all of my warriors show up completely naked - making all of the assaults completely impossible to complete without cheats/cheese,. I've looked online and it seems like I'm the only person experiencing this and have no idea how to fix it - my only outpost also has one armoury and one shooting range (both level 1). Any help is really appreciated!
