Question Help - S.S. Conqueror's PreBuilt "Waiting for the Engine..."

Hi guys, thx beforehand for your attention; D

This time I'll be brief. Give me a light. When I finish setting up Conqueror da Built bar fills incridible fast and show da message "Waiting for the Engine...". I repeated the process several times and with variations and yet this continues to occur. In all attempts I waited around an hour and nothing happened :'(

My modlist:
My Test Save:

My INI settings

My RIG:

EDIT.: I'm using Mod Organizer 2.2.2.1 and INI Papyrus performance tweaks.

P.S.: Yeah, I know. This is a very weak PC for such a tough list. But it turns out that I don't really care about graphics, so I play the settings down there and even installed several optimization mods as you can see. With that I get an average of frames per second of 21-58. But not why, I have the slight impression that this may be just my problem: the hardware limitation. It will be? I sincerely hope not ...

hey, @VaneSlasher
The first thing I would try:
Is to start with fewer mods enabled?
A lot less, you can enable them later.
example: all the other big quest mods and level list stuff I enable after the pre-build stuff is done. I also prebuild to level 3 so it is over before enabling other mods.

This will eliminate two possibilities "script overload"
CP are script heavy try fewer and go up once it completes.
and maybe - maybe not a conflict.

@WetRats is doing a series of CP for reasons like this.

I have a very robust computer and given how many other mods I run. I only run a few ROTC plans any other are super simple or static overhauls.

Okay, I'll try this way. This was a path I never walked.
There are many myths and inconsistencies when it comes to installing / uninstalling mods in mid-playthrough. And as many times the author himself doesn't know how to make sure it can be done or not, I end up refraining from doing it for fear of screwing up my save.
It's complicated, some say one thing, others say another. But if I'm not mistaken, Dona Beth (that's what I call Bethesda xD) already stated that the engine was never designed to support UNINSTALLING mods during mid-playthrough, right !? Or am I wrong? Thanks again @RayBo . I will do what you told me and soon I will report the results.

Yeah, not a good idea. Principle reason is the mod might edit an asset that doesn’t get restored to prior (vanilla) state. And, saved game may want to do something to a missing bit
So, I prefer not to do it even when they say it is possible.
At least I got it right xD
Let's see if I understand correctly, it's like the uninstallation creates gaps, right? And this makes da code going to "heck in a handbasket"?

Your mod list is big but still 300 short from mine. Some tips from someone that has an 850+ LO in the works and things to be aware of.

You are running most if not all of those mods without any sort of compatibility patch. Just off looking at it your quests mods clash already and overwrite each other. So here goes.:

  1. Use The Method to build you load order. It's slow. I am 2 weeks into mine but so worth it.
  2. Merge all loose mods without plugins into categories that make sense and then into BA2's with an empty plugins to load them. Your PC and memory will thank you. So will your HDD.
  3. Don't make changes mid play through. Have 2 or 3 saves and at least one vanilla save to restart from. When you've done 1 & 2 your load order should not change apart from updating mods and then only start playing your game you want to finish.
  4. Don't take every bit of advise you read as fact. Some people have little to know idea what they are doing. Fact check. Some mod authors struggle with language gaps or are brilliant designers but no computer savvy.
HTH

I used to collect mods like pack rats collect junk. There are so many things going on w SS and SS-C I try to resist the urge to use them all. It makes troubleshooting harder when you have hundreds of mods. I’d rather spend more time playing and modding than sweating conflicts, incompatibilities, and lost playthrus (save files)

I like to push the limit. But I have no issue spending time building my Load Order. I enjoy it and it's how I learn and get better at modding etc.
