Solved Building Plans not Staying Selected

I'm having an issue where in the building select menu, the secondary confirmation window doesn't pop up after I select a specific building type for a plot. I have the Flotsam & Jetsam pack and the "Classic" pack by ProfVerstroooid, but I had those packs prior to the issue. I've also went through and turned off and on some of my mods to try and fix the issue, but none of the ones I thought may interfere solved the issue. I'm on Xbox, and my mod order is (the arrows and numbers are just references to the LO guide):

At first glance their isn't anything specific I can see causing the problem based on your load order however I would start by disabling STS, AFT and Place Anywhere. On XBox these 3 are generally the cause of major issue all over the place. The unfortunate truth is this will require some real troubleshooting.
  • Disable all our mods except for SS and it's requirements.
  • Launch a new game.
  • Test functionality.
  • Start adding mods back till the problem appears.

Appreciate the feedback. I am new, but I did have to go through that process already to eliminate a troublesome mod after continual crashes when I went to Far Harbor. I was just not looking forward to doing it again to an even larger mod library.

So I did exactly as you recommended, and ended up adding all my mods back in with no issue on the new game. I went back to my current save to try and I was successful with changing my building type. I don't know why that fixed it, but I'm not complaining.

However I did notice something interesting: with just only SS 3 in 1, Flotsam & Jetsam, The Classic Shack pack, SMM, and HUDframework, the additional confirmation window when selecting the building type stopped showing up after the third selection. I was under the impression that was part of the process of switching out the buildings. Is it just a tutorial sort-of window?
