Announcement Settler Mods

The main one I use is Better Settlers (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4772), which modifies the following settlers (by FormID):
  • 00113341 - LCharWorkshopNPC
  • 001243CD - LCharWorkshopNPCFemale
  • 001243CC - LCharWorkshopNPCMale
  • XX010550 - DLC03LCharWorkshopNPC
  • 00020593 - WorkshopNPC
  • 0014CEA9 - WorkshopNPCFemale
  • 001167A5 - WorkshopNPCGuard
  • 0014CEA8 - WorkshopNPCMale
  • All of the "EncWorkshopNPC..." FormIDs
  • All of the "DLC03EncWorkshopNPC..." FormIDs
It changes their "Is CharGen Face Preset" setting, as well as giving them all the "DefaultCombatMasterPackageList [FLST:0004223F]" Combat Override Package and "csRaiderRangedGood [CSTY:001EA89B]" Combat Style, the "Adamantium Skeleton", "Ghoulish", "Aquaboy", "Life Giver", and "Rad Resistant" perks, and adding LL_XSettlerStimpack_50 [LVLI:C700081E] to their inventory.

Incidentally this mod is now broken when using WF. I think it happened within the last 2 updates.
I did include a link but am too new to do that so hopefully Beth search will give you the mod. I will update the post once I meet the requirements.
 
Settlers of the Commonwealth is covered and the module from Tales only adds new unique settlers. So you're good on both counts.

Immersive Settlers only triggers when the cell is loaded. So if a new settler spawns while you're in the area, they won't get a new name until you go far away and return.

Oh, and also there's IDEK's Logistics with neither Sim Settlements going, which currently is flat busted as of the latest update as it (and Leah's Dartboard) are each in Workshop as that item (999) and it really does try to place nine hundred and ninety-nine of them, instantly crashing my game!

Better Settlers, We Are The Minutemen - used both for a while, didn't see any issues. Using SKK Combat Settlers now, also no issues. More Clothes and Textures also with no issues, though using it with WATM can result in naked minutemen but that's not a WSFW thing. Grease Rat Garbs, no issues there either I don't think.
Oh and also Settlers of the Commonwealth and Recruitable Settlers, the former works fine but it does seem that at some point they revert to their recruitment dialogue and get stuck with it, or never make any comments in HQ.
I wanna try Rename Anything for settlers, I assume that one wouldn't cause any problems but dunno. (Or msalaba's version that I'm 99.9% sure it's compatible)
Edit: forgot about Settler and Companion dialogue overhaul - from what I can tell, works great, no issues, very needed for anyone building settlements to not get their ears bleeding from repetitive lines.
