This is actually the third time that this has happened in the last two months. I had to start a new game the first time, the second time I realize that it was Sim settlements.I went through all of my mods 1 by 1. When I removed Sim from my mod list all of my quests was working fine. But then after some time of using Sim it did it again. What happens is when I enter an interior Cell, first my companion will not follow me inside they will stay by the original door that we entered. Then none of the quest NPC’s will interact with me, or move...they seems stuck. When I try to interact with them it says that this NPC is busy. First I had SIM settlement with the separate rise and the separate Industrial revolution. At first I thought if I remove those three and went with the Sim 3 in 1 it would work better. But it didn’t after some time it all happened Again. The only way to fix it is to remove Sim do it clean save and reinstall Sim. But after some time it happens again to the point where I might have to just completely delete Sim because it’s breaking my game.

i've had cwss in my load order since day 1 never had a single problem with it. i know that other mods have inadvertantly had issues with it - but i dont run those mods. cwss is a great mod - i'd recommend it to anyone.
Same. I've always recommended it as a good clean mod (pun intended). ;)

Granted this was years ago I remember reading about it and it was reported by the author of CWSS so expect some bias and that it has possibly since been fixed....but as I recall Build Your Own Pool's scripts are written in such a way that NPC's who strip naked to shower and then get dressed again keep accumulating multiple copies of their outfits in their hidden inventory leading to save game bloat. I've also never once experienced a CTD using any of CWSS's stuff. But I also don't run LL mods which might be why I've never had issues with CWSS.

I hold steve40 and CWSS in very high regard.

When a mod that I have used for years, with near 18K endorsements and near 500k DL does not work as expected I simply, be nice and let the author know. Steve40 has always been great to me and below is an example.

Sure the below was a CTD but in my mind, it was neither author fault or poor mod or modding. It is simply a user choice. My Choice.

This is why it is so important to read both sides of an issue. I am sure many LL mods simply clash with how Steve40 set-up his mod.

hahahahahaha, :crazy he probably expected players to want to use the "bathroom" not :mosking be the {{{{:scare}}}}} :lol which I do not mind. It is part of life and an immersive experience too.I say "live and let live" CWSS is fine.

I am just PISSED - OFF that I can't now figure out how to make a donation to Steve40 for his wonderful mod. He must not accept donations.

What a swell guy! :friends

example below, and yes it is current and yes steve40 is active and he still supporting his users.

I love all of this, it is all good.

And even for us old-timers there is something to gain here when we look at any supposed troubled mod. There are many mods I do not use and will not recommend but the problem is my own as I have the insufficient motivation or cause to figure them out.

But in there own right and author intent they are probably fine.:friends
