Question Vault 111 exterior settlement plots stuck on building

Hey!

I've installed
Your Very First Settlement - Vault 111 Exterior
vault 111 exterior settlement, everything works great, but when I try to build a plot, it stucks on building mode, and it only unstucks when i manually refresh, at that time a message pops telling me that the plot will exceed maximum built limit amount and to make an exception for this plot.
I have Sim settlements 13th on my load order and exterior settlement around 150.
Is it normal?

That's a settlement from an author that is known to make broken settlements. Does SimSettlements work on a vanilla settlement (Sanctuary, Red Rocket etc) for you?
 
Seems to be an ongoing thing with his settlement builds. Ha, @Yagisan beat me to it. Was mid typing and got a notification of an updated post.

If you want new / unique settlements. I highly recommend Yagisan's City plans that use different locations. They work, are not broken and do not break anything else.

So basically, if it doesnt create any other problems, there is no problem keeping the mod, right?
I would not keep it. If you do remove it, you will need to go back to a save from BEFORE you installed that mod. Removing activated/explored settlements from an ongoing game breaks the settlement system.

I'm also a big fan of @pra 's settlements & Yagisan. Highly recommend all of them. I run with about 60 available settlements in total including vanilla/DLC & mods on a load order of about 380 plugins and am able to use full range of Sim Settlements features. In particular I've been using Waushakum Pond (linked) a lot lately!
