The idea behind the build is that my raider gang has taken Covenant over and turned it into a place where we make and repair guns and armour, and make oh so much ammo.

The settlement is built for a population of 10, however, as it is a workshop for the industry of death as such It has no food production and will need to be fed externally.

I am looking to fill every nook with something be it a place to sleep, raider "art" or just a place to chill out and put your feet up while surrounded by the leftovers of the industry that is the sole purpose of this settlement.

It is a very restricting place to build but so far it is playing nice.

20200124234726_1.jpg This is the bones of what you will see as you fast travel to the settlement, the gun store and guard overlooking it all, a lot more to do here.

20200124234744_1.jpg Here you see the beginnings of the use of every bit of the settlement inside of the walls, down to a bathroom that is being watched from the docs. Raiders are raiders.

20200124234754_1.jpg To the right of this picture is the slave pens ahead you see one of the back ally that house a few beds and junked up clutter wise.

20200124234804_1.jpgOutside the and to the right of the security house to the back I have put down a testing range, can't sell a weapon we do not know works. Also, double as a training for my raiders.

Well, apparently, one doesn't truly get recognized till they put up another CBBE bodyslide with gonzas….. :( wait! I better check all whisper's files! lol...

actually I love the idea of a human BBQ very raider if only I could use it as part of a settlement build following the rules for a contest.
 
so I had to change things up a bit, the ammo plant is where to shooting range used to be. Looks better and have me a secret hiding place for some raider art.

So some changes happened One I learnt that I can't put a sim settlement plot outside of the build area. What I mean by this is to have an independent building that is not a working plot so does not have anyone assigned to it just a building that is for all purposes looks like it is working so a building that is skinned like one of the industry plots from Sim Settlements. I wanted to have a sawmill and around the back two mines and an iron smelter with rail tracks and minecarts etc. Alas, I could not get this to work.

I had to also change up the weapon merchant at the front to be a plot, it might be a bug but all merchants that are assignable places, not actual polts just kept on un assigning when one was at the front like before, the fix was to squeeze in a merchant internal there.
