Solved Becoming the Conqueror

Just a quick question here I completed the Becoming the Conqueror quest which afterward also completed “In It For The Money” I was just wondering will this mess up any future Jammer quests? as I remember hearing in it for the money was used for other stuff or something.

No, that's fine. It completes the quest, but doesn't actually shut it down.

Cool that you completed that! It was actually just put in there as a placeholder thinking that virtually no one would find it anyway... When we first released, we new we had a very long road to go to get to a complete story, and wanted to include something that would feel satisfying for players who got way into the system.

Hope you enjoyed the battle. Much cooler stuff is planned in the long term.

(Apologies for the long delay in a response. I tend to only visit the support section of the forums when someone tags me in for help and I wanted to clear out some of the Unanswered posts today.)

Lol it was pretty cool I had to use console commands to advance some of the stages. All the waves of enemy spawns overwhelmed the script engine I think. It’s also possible that it was my computers fault I was previously using a 4790k as my processor I have since upgraded to a 3950x which actually made quite a difference in script processing. One thing I gotta say is I had to skip over a stage that mentioned a attack vertibird which unfortunately refused to spawn but sounds amazing. Not to spoil this but I have to mention it you get a freaking faction flag at the end of this thing for whatever you named your raider gang. Dude you need to give us those before 2022 when you actually end the conqueror story. Lol but seriously faction flags need to be somewhere in the questline before the very end they’re badass. One last side note you might want to look into I used some settlement mods that add extra settlements which I conquered for my gang this caused the “becoming the conqueror” quest to trigger before I actually conquered all the settlements I’m assuming the quest just uses some kind of counter to determine when you have all the settlements and doesn’t take into consideration “extra ones” from mods I realize this quest doesn’t represent the true ending you guys have planned for this mod but it was still fun playing it can’t wait to see what’s in store for the future.
