They were initially hidden but the FO4edit (yours?) script SimSettlements - StripDefaultProperties removed that setting about a year ago, I think. It has been set to hidden in the latest versions though, so if they are from ours, as long as @CodeNamed1 updates to the latest version of Wasteland Venturers 2 (or the All-In-One) it should be good.
 
Er what. Sigh. Wouldn't be the first time I got a default value wrong and stripped a perfectly reasonable value...
 
eh, having your scripts make life much easier - a few defaults wrong is an acceptable cost. I'll take a look at the townhouse plans again though, I'm pretty sure I verified in game that it works but I may have to set the techtree hidden on all 60+ of the branches and not just on the base plans.
 
Err most of what you guys said went way over my head but I think I got the idea ;D and I checked and I did not know this townhouse building existed, didn’t catch my eye for some reason when I build all kinds of residential but I’ll sure build it next somewhere just to get to know it :) so THX and yes I do not currently use the latest ventures, am soon about to update.
