Jammer gave me the quest, I helped what's-his-name, killed Trudy and her son, the drug dealer now hangs out there but the quest doesn't wrap up.

I think there's an issue on when certain side quests get done. It also happens with the quest where you have to get his stash. It seems like if you don't do those quests right away and turn them in before the next quest in the storyline, or if you do too many other things before turning the quest in, it kinda just hangs.

I did Jammer's quests right away, without side questing. I didn't know there was another quest to get a stash other than the one for the chem kitchen.

I solved the issue with a setstage code: setstage DialogueDrumlinDiner 1000.
1000 Talk with Wolfgang - Trudy and Patrick dead.
Upon entering the code I got a message to speak to Jammer, finishing the quest.

If you are doing this quest for Jammer:
You have to be a true raider and choose only the non diplomatic options. You can't play both sides. Side with Wolfgang and off Trudy. No try talking. Just killing. Wolfgang needs to set up shop at the counter not outside the door.

That detail should be made clear at the beginning of the quest and if you don't, the quest should fail so you know right away to redo it.
I kinda see how this would be an issue, but then again I also see that common sense would be that raiders aren't really the type to make unnecessary deals.

I think it even says on the quest log to help Wolfgang "evict" the shopowner.

Well, the chem kitchen asks you to get the stash from the doctor without killing her so raider methodology isn't as clear cut as you think.

Lol, he specifically asks you not to kill her. But now I wonder what happens if you do. Will have to try that next time.
