Question Odd results moving plots with Place Anywhere

I've been seeing some strange behaviour with plots that have been moved with Place Anywhere.

Until recently using Place Anywhere to nudge the plot marker (invisible shape with pole or fuse box attached) from A to B then refreshing had moved all the plot correctly to B. Now when trying a refresh, the plot marker remains in place, structures move to B but all clutter, decoration and asam sensors rebuild at A.

A visit to an old build at Norhagen beach was really weird. It had required a lot of position tweaking of its plots and as I walked around, the clutter/ decoration items and ASAM sensors for all the plots which had been moved around with Place Anywhere, had moved to the positions where the plots had been prior to moving. The main structures were in the right place as were the plot markers.

To test for mod conflicts I ran the tests on a clean save (city comp one) and only loaded the core game and dlc files plus SimSettlements and HUD manager, plus Place Anywhere version 1.10.128, and F4se is version 6.17

I remember some others mentioning something along this line recently but cant find where that was.

One clarification after reading it back, regarding the issues that I noticed at Norhagen. I'd recently come back to my regular play-through after building Spectacle Island. The build at Norhagen dates back to the comp build there, the plots that now have problems were all fine after the build and at the many revisits since. This was the first visit since the masters comp and the game loaded the plots in the way described above.

Can confirm I am experiencing the same thing with place anywhere. Doesn't seem to apply to any particular plot or settlement plan, and also seems to happen to plots incrementally. One solution that I have found in the meantime: Turn off snap with place anywhere, select plot, yes>rebuild same, place again. Don't know how helpful that'd be to you though, Cowdy, considering how bad looks. Also, might hurt well developed settlements.
