Patch 4.1.5 is now live! It includes updates for Sim Settlements, Three in One, and Conqueror.

For more detailed information, see our cookies page.

- Added new Training Yard subtype that trains the assigned soldier, as well as any unassigned Warriors in the Outpost towards their next rank, up to a max of Rank 3. The Shooting Range from Conqueror counts as a Training Yard.
- Introduces Commanders, which are similar to the City Leaders from Rise of the Commonwealth. These allow certain NPCs to rule over an Outpost or Vassal to install certain benefits.
- Several brand new NPCs introduced to the Jammer Questline which will show up at HQ over time and introduce themselves, they can be recruited as new Commanders.
- Fixed the Worker bug!

Second set of Compact City Plans is up - looking for help testing, see the thread linked here to join the mission to see a permanent improvement to City Plans! Thread for helping with testing Compacted Plans: https://www.simsettlements.com/site/index.php?threads/compacted-city-plans.11217/

I know it’s kind of off topic but I’m curious why the Investigator trait was never put in the list in game (when going in explanation).

And small detail and yeah, I know, grammar n*** and all but in the Commander traits explanations, the second paragraph (just before the list) should use affects instead of effects. (For those interested in why: https://www.grammarly.com/blog/affect-vs-effect/ )

Any missing traits are just an oversight. I'm sure someone reported that a long time ago, but things like that end up being super low priority since I do 95% of the Ck work myself. A lot of little things tend to get left by the wayside until I happen to be messing with that particular thing again.

I used to be a perfectionist when I would design things (long before SS), and I'd find I would never finish anything because I became so concerned about little details that I would start to hate working on my project over time. In the long-term, all of that stuff gets fixed, but I never make it a priority. Burnout is real and this is part of what keeps it at bay for me.

Grammar/Spelling mistakes are actually a pet peeve of mine - so those end up at the top of the list. Haha, never feel bad about calling me out on those!

What was the second update for the framework edition of conqueror about? Did you forget to compact it?

I mixed up the texture files and uploaded the full size one with the first update. I would imagine I'm going to make this mistake repeatedly.

Bethesda.net forces you to upload from the same exact directory in the CK, so supporting multiple versions sucks...

Then allow me to show even more appreciation for doing this for us. This is the type of dedication and extra attention that is mind blowing from this mod and entire community.

The worker fix worked! Thank you.
Edit: Oh, and by the way, never use Covenant with Conqueror. There is an invisible clinic in Penny's shop that will suck in a warrior.
