Question Plot change/remove = CTD

I've run into an issue with an Interior Agricultural plot, when I try and reassign it or remove it entirely it will crash my game. Sadly reloading an old save isn't an option because that means undoing 6 days worth of gameplay.

The offending plot is called "[VL] Okay Diner by RodericksBlade" Aside from the crash it causes upon removal I've got two issues with this plot:
1 - The building plan contains an object that's partially built outside of the plot, causing it to clip through walls and appear on the side of the building.
2 - It's a diner, what's it doing in the Agricultural section? It's got no place in a greenhouse/farm, It should be under the Commercial plots.

I think this issue was caused by moving the structure around too much (in workshop-mode keep 'E' pressed on an object to select/manipulate the entire building its part of)

Edit:
It seems this specific plot has overlapped on itself, there's two signs that confirm this
1 - The cups and nuka-cola bottles on the table overlap eachother
2 - Removing items with Place Anywhere takes two removal actions
With Place Anywhere its possible to remove items of the building plan but removing some items like the table and bottles will cause it to CTD.
Refreshing the/all plot(s) will cause a CTD.
Deleting the plot will cause a CTD.

The one thing that worked is deleting each item using the console and the 'disable' command, however this results in my settlers lingering around the place where the plot used to be. I can recycle the actor or reassign them but some settler will always go back to where the plot used to be and perform a non-existing job.
