Question I ctd when trying to use RotC plans for Sanctuary.

Every time I try to use a blueprint plans for Sanctuary with Rise of the Commonwealth system. At first I thought maybe it was the RotC mod itself, but I have no problem when use plans with any other settlement I've tried. I do not know if it is a problem with load order, mod conflict, or something else. Please let me know what can be causing this. I am willing to supply load order mod list or save file to help fix this.
 
Do you also have red rocket and Abernathy with city plans at the same time?
Having all 3 can cause issues for many players and its best just to have one of those built up at a time.
 
are you using the complex city plan? or a non ROTC city plan?
Do you have Scrap mods installed?

I know there are city plans that use All Settlements Extended but outside of those specific plans the rule of thumb is:
1. Only use city plans in vanilla settlement locations that are untouched by other mods. Particularly scrapping mods.
2. City Plans "and" mods that clean a settlement, or expands the boarders "probably will not mix very well."

Just a quick scan makes me suspect any / all of the below. There may be others.

I personally do not run a city plan in Sanctuary and never more than one between the three SanAbRR triangle of death.
 
Only one problem here, those 4 mods you listed I have used with rotc sanctuary (base or extra plans) with no problem before. All i understand is that it has to be some scripting problem, as it works fine until it finishes build fly-bye and then ctd's right as it phases back to ground.

I also run same load orders but I can see different performance in an individual game. Its Bethesda....

Then the only thing I can recommend to you, given how you see things, is that you try it - "with the fly-bye cinematic turned off."
